How long does my item take to ship?
Orders are generally processed within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt of your order but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-14 business days before your order is shipped. Standard shipping times are:
USA: 5-7 business days
All other countries: 10-30 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours email us at info@coffeethoughtsshop.com.
I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
All items are sourced from different suppliers to offer you to best products at the best prices. All items are shipped directly from the suppliers which saves time and stocking cost. Therefore items may be shipped separately and you may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
